The downloaded content may be used within the limitations of each license, which you can see detailed below.<\/p>\n<p>The rights to the image are perpetual, as they do not have an expiration date. They are not exclusive, since the same license can be granted to another individual, and they are unlimited in terms of the number of times it is used<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>General restrictions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It is not allowed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To resell, redistribute, transfer or use the downloaded content in a way that enables a third party to download, use, extract or distribute the stock content or gain access to it (either in a separate file format or otherwise in violation of the license restrictions).<\/li>\n<li>Register the stock content as a trademark, services, or trade name, nor therefore claim property rights to prevent the use of content or similar content by a third party.<\/li>\n<li>Using any stock content in a pornographic, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise illegal, obscene, or libelous context.<\/li>\n<li>Use stock content outside the limitations of use detailed on the website.<\/li>\n<li>Use the stock content in a way that violates the rights or intellectual properties of third parties, as well as the moral rights of the creator of the stock content or of the people who appear.<\/li>\n<li>Use the content in any way that could be considered unflattering, immoral, offensive, obscene or controversial, including but not limited to,\n<ol>\n<li>Adult entertainment venues \/ services, companionship services, or the like.<\/li>\n<li>Ads for tobacco or related products.<\/li>\n<li>In a political context, in explicit or implicit support of a movement, party or opinion.<\/li>\n<li>Insinuation of physical or mental disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>In the participation of immoral or criminal activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>False claims of authorship<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Additional rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The rights are non-transferable and cannot be sub-licensed, except in the following situations:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Employers or clients: You can buy on behalf of your employer or client, provided that sufficient power of attorney is guaranteed to bind them to the content conditions. &lt;90,000 cards, stationery, postcards &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &lt;9,000 mugs, calendars, posters &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &lt;2,000 items of clothing, games, CDs &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Merchandise for sale \/ distribution will be allowed if creative elements other than the image are incorporated<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Credits and copyright notices<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The origin of the image must be proven if the use is in a context in which another provider of stock images receives attribution, including then a similar attribution for ANTONIO GUILLEM; and<\/li>\n<li>In the case that the content is used in an audiovisual production, you must add the author&#8217;s attribution according to industry standards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Customized licenses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For other types of uses not specified in this document, <a href=\"https:\/\/antonioguillem.com\/contact\/\">contact us here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> In case you download content for a client of yours, the image may be <strong>used only<\/strong> for that client, without limitation of times of use<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-898b399c8c8c6bc7c76\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-spanish\" href=\"#tab-898b399c8c8c6bc7c76\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">SPANISH<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-spanish\" id=\"tab-898b399c8c8c6bc7c76\">\n<p><strong>CONDICIONES DE USO DE LAS LICENCIAS DE FOTOGRAF\u00cdAS DE ANTONIO GUILLEM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Condiciones<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Antonio Guillem ofrece dos tipos de licencias para la adquisici\u00f3n de la foto, licencia est\u00e1ndar y mejorada. Se podr\u00e1 usar el contenido descargado dentro de las limitaciones de cada licencia, las cuales podr\u00e1 ver detalladas m\u00e1s abajo.<\/p>\n<p>Los derechos sobre la imagen son perpetuos, al no tener fecha de vencimiento. No son exclusivos, ya que se puede otorgar la misma licencia a otro individuo, y son ilimitados en cuanto al n\u00famero de veces que se use<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Restricciones generales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Queda prohibido:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Revender, redistribuir, transferir o usar el contenido descargado de modo que permita que un tercero descargue, use, extraiga o distribuya los contenidos de stock u obtenga acceso a ellos (ya sea en formato de archivo independiente o de otro modo en que se incumplan las restricciones de la licencia).<\/li>\n<li>Registrar el contenido de stock como marca comercial, de servicios, o nombre comercial, ni por ello reclamar derechos de propiedad para evitar la utilizaci\u00f3n del contenido o contenido similar por parte de un tercero.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar cualquier contenido de stock en un contexto pornogr\u00e1fico, difamatorio, enga\u00f1oso, o cualquier otro modo que sea ilegal, obsceno, o calumnioso.<\/li>\n<li>Usar el contenido de stock fuera de las limitaciones de uso detalladas en el sitio web.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar el contenido de stock de alg\u00fan modo en que vulnere o transgreda derechos o propiedades intelectuales de terceros, as\u00ed como los derechos morales del creador de los contenidos de stock o de la \/ las personas que aparezcan.<\/li>\n<li>Usar el contenido de cualquier modo en que se pudiera considerar poco favorecedor, inmoral, ofensivo, obsceno o pol\u00e9mico, incluyendo a modo meramente enunciativo,\n<ol>\n<li>Lugares\/servicios de entretenimiento para adultos, servicios de compa\u00f1\u00eda, u otros similares.<\/li>\n<li>Anuncios de tabaco o productos relacionados.<\/li>\n<li>En contexto pol\u00edtico, en apoyo expl\u00edcito o impl\u00edcito de alg\u00fan movimiento, partido u opini\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Insinuaci\u00f3n de discapacidades f\u00edsicas o mentales.<\/li>\n<li>En la participaci\u00f3n de actividades inmorales o delictivas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Declaraciones de autor\u00eda falsas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Derechos adicionales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Los derechos son intransferibles y no se pueden sublicenciar, exceptuando en las situaciones siguientes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Empleadores o clientes: Puede comprar en nombre de su empleador o cliente, siempre que se garantice poder legal suficiente para vincularlos con las condiciones del contenido. Deber\u00e1 transferir la licencia a su cliente por medio de un contrato, en el que se detallen las condiciones de uso aplicables impuestas por Antonio Guillem.<\/li>\n<li>Proveedores o distribuidores: Puede transferir el contenido a proveedores o distribuidores, bajo contrato, donde se comprometan a cumplir con las restricciones de las condiciones de uso, y en cuyo caso los proveedores o distribuidores utilizar\u00e1n el contenido para llevar a cabo el proyecto o uso final, y de ning\u00fan modo para otros prop\u00f3sitos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si se necesita el acceso de m\u00e1s de un usuario al contenido, deber\u00e1 hacerse bajo la licencia extendida, en el caso contrario, bajo las condiciones de licencia est\u00e1ndar el contenido estar\u00e1 disponible para una \u00fanica persona a la vez.<\/p>\n<p>En funci\u00f3n del tipo de uso se establecen dos tipos de licencia, licencia est\u00e1ndar y licencia extendida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LICENCIA EST\u00c1NDAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Restricciones espec\u00edficas de la licencia est\u00e1ndar para las im\u00e1genes <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En adici\u00f3n a las restricciones generales del apartado 2, se aplican las siguientes restricciones para cualquier imagen bajo licencia est\u00e1ndar:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"500\">\n<li>No se permite que la imagen aparezca en m\u00e1s de 500.000 materiales impresos<\/li>\n<li>No podr\u00e1 incorporar la imagen en una grabaci\u00f3n o producci\u00f3n en directo, cuya audiencia esperada supere los 500.000 espectadores, a excepci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes mostradas en exclusiva en redes sociales, aplicaciones m\u00f3viles o sitios web.<\/li>\n<li>No podr\u00e1 a\u00f1adir el contenido en mercanc\u00edas destinadas a su venta o distribuci\u00f3n (incluidos productos bajo demanda).<\/li>\n<li>No puede usar o incorporar el contenido de stock en ninguna plantilla electr\u00f3nica ni aplicaci\u00f3n de plantilla de dise\u00f1o (a modo enunciativo dise\u00f1os web, plantillas de presentaci\u00f3n, tarjetas de felicitaci\u00f3n\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table width=\"596\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"91\">La libros\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Campa\u00f1as de publicidad (carteleras, mobiliario urbano)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Estampa en formatos impresos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Envases, marketing, correos<\/p>\n<p>Reproducci\u00f3n digital, sitios web, redes sociales, publicaciones electr\u00f3nicas\u2026<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>LICENCIA EXTENDIDA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Restricciones espec\u00edficas de la licencia extendida para las im\u00e1genes <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bajo la licencia extendida se aplican las mismas restricciones detalladas en el punto 2.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se otorgan los mismos derechos que con la licencia est\u00e1ndar, pero sin la limitaci\u00f3n de n\u00famero de reproducciones o espectadores, restricciones detalladas en el punto 4.a y 4.b, en 4.Restricciones espec\u00edficas de la licencia est\u00e1ndar para las im\u00e1genes.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, con la licencia extendida tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la imagen a productos para su venta y distribuci\u00f3n, siempre y cuando se incorporen elementos creativos o funcionales a parte de la imagen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table width=\"614\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"85\">La licencia extendida permite<\/td>\n<td l\u00ednea (Youtube, Vimeo\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pel\u00edculas, v\u00eddeos, series, anuncios<\/p>\n<p>Reproducci\u00f3n digital, sitios web, medios sociales, publicaciones electr\u00f3nicas\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Productos para la reventa\/plantillas electr\u00f3nicas:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &lt;90.000 tarjetas, papeler\u00eda, postales \u2026<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &lt;9.000 tazas, calendarios, p\u00f3sters \u2026<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &lt; 2.000 prendas de vestir, juegos, CD\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La mercanc\u00eda para venta\/distribuci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 permitida <strong>siempre y cuando<\/strong> se incorporen elementos creativos aparte caso que el uso est\u00e9 en un contexto en el cual otro proveedor de im\u00e1genes de stock reciba atribuci\u00f3n, incluyendo entonces una atribuci\u00f3n similar para Antonio Guillem; y<\/li>\n<li>En el caso que el contenido se utilice en una producci\u00f3n audiovisual, deber\u00e1 a\u00f1adir la atribuci\u00f3n del autor conforme a los est\u00e1ndares de la
