As the title indicates, this day’s session can be summarized as a constant improvisation. The intention was to do a summer session, although it was still March, this kind of sessions have to be done before the seaside areas are full of tourists.

We headed to a small town on the Costa Brava, which we had already visited and where we had been planning a session for months. When we arrived at the beautiful coastal town, the wind was blowing very hard and the sky was totally overcast, making it totally impossible to stay on the shore and take the kind of photos that were in the script. Although the sun soon came out, the wind was still blowing and the sea was too choppy to be able to do the beach session.

Faceing the impossibility of doing anything, when we passed in by a restaurant that was in front of the beach, we decided to ask permission to take some pictures inside. The large window overlooking the sea, along with the fact that we did not need to illuminate anything, allowed us to save more than the session, because against all odds we took more than 100 different pictures.

However, at lunchtime we had to put the session on pause, as the tables began to fill up and the peace that reigned in that place vanished. We also took the opportunity to have lunch and get our strength back to continue with the session.

After lunch the day improved and we were able to enjoy the views. Although the wind did not seem to calm down, to our surprise, towards sunset it did stop, and when the sea settled, we were able to take profit of this magnificent scenery and take pictures of yoga and sports, accompanied by the sea breeze, laughing, with the constant scent of the sea and in a charming village on the Costa Brava.
